PowerPoints are not Showing in Thunder

Description: PowerPoints are not Showing in Thunder. 

Troubleshooting:

1. Supported Office Versions: 16, 19, and 365 32 bit.
   1. To find this: open PowerPoint and navigate to File > Account > About PowerPoint.
   2. Confirm that it is only 32 bit. If it is 64 bit, uninstall Office, and install 32 bit Office
2. Confirm that PowerPoint Viewer is installed.
