System Error 1219 - Can't Create Subscription

Description: How To Copy Isolated Storage Folders
 

If you can’t create a subscription, and you tried importing rep settings, you can grab the Isolated Share Folder instead from a working machine and overwrite it on the problem machine. 

Steps:

Go to the machine that works 

1. Open File Explorer
2. Go to your C Drive 
3. Open the 'Users' folder
   • Select the user you are signed into. 
4. Next we want to show the hidden folders
   • Select 'View' 
   • Select 'Show'
   • Check off 'Show Hidden Items'
5. Select the folder labeled 'AppData'
6. Open the 'Local' folder
7. Right click and copy the folder labeled 'IsolatedStorage'
   1. Save it to a shared drive that can be accessed by other machines or to a thumb drive. 

Go to the Machine you can't create the subscription on

1. Repeat steps 1-6 from above.
2. On this machine delete the folder labeled 'IsolatedStorage'
3. Now paste the folder labeled 'IsolatedStorage' that you saved from the working machine. 

Create the subscription.
