Registry Access Is Denied - Exchange Agent Won't Start

Problem:

Upon launch, the Exchange Agent will not launch.

Solution:

You need to run the Restricted Users Setup Tool

- Search from the Start menu for Restricted
- Right Click on the Restricted Users Setup Tool and Run As Administrator
- Type in the administrator password when prompted
- When the tool loads, Click Assign Permissions
- Start the Exchange Agent

           - Start - Type XOS Exchange and select the XOS Exchange Agent
