How To Re-Encode Sportscode Video to Upload to Vault Exchange

In the event of SportsCode content failing to upload to Vault Exchange for a GOP error, the file must be processed using additional tools

Steps:

1. Download and install HandBrake: https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
2. Scroll to the bottom of this article and download the HandBrake Preset attachment (VaultExchange.json) then continue on to step 3.
3. Import the preset into HandBrake by selecting Presets>Import from file, and selecting the file downloaded from this page
   
4. Select "Open Source", select your media file, then verify the "Save As" field has it exporting as a .mp4 file
   
5. Select "VaultExchange" from the preset dropdown
   
6. Select "Start Encode" at the top. If you are doing multiple files, you can utilize the queue options within HandBrake: https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/1.3.0/advanced/queue.html
7. Proceed to Vault Exchange to upload the processed files
