Can we see who’s downloaded our games?
To review who has downloaded your content, look at the Asset Downloads area at the bottom of the preview panel.
Who owns the assets?
Assets are owned by the organization that uploads the file (normally assumed to be the shooter). Only owners of an asset can alter meta-data, share or delete assets. All Exchange assets are available for download within the Open Exchange Co-Op.
Can someone share my games to someone outside of the Open Exchange group?
No, our users are not able to share files they don’t own to users outside of Vault. Both the Share to Vault and Send to E-Mail features are only available to the owner of a file. If you’re shared the file you’re unable to send it through Vault or an e-mail link.
How long is a download link available for when an e-mail link is sent?
You can configure the length of time the shared file link will remain valid, up to 7 Days.
