Export for Trade Gameday (iPad\WUA) fails with error - no empty clip.mp4

Issue: Error encountered when performing export for trade gameday (iPad\WUA) workflow

When attempting to export for trade and selecting gameday (iPad\WUA), an error is encountered.

List of Symptoms

Once the export process is started, you will obtain an error shortly after stating "A problem was encountered: xxxx no empty clip.mp4 and the export fails. 

This appears to affect Dell Precision 7550's and 7560's.

Expected Behavior

The export should succeed without error and provide a message stating that the export process was successful. 

Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps:

1. On your PC, navigate to the Nvidia Control Panel by right clicking on your Windows desktop and selecting "Nvidia Control Panel" from the menu.

2. Once launched, select "Manage 3D Settings" from the top left hand side and within the dropdown of "Preferred graphics processor" , select "High-performance Nvidia processor". Once set, select Apply and exit the Nvidia Control Panel.

3.  Restart the PC and test Thunder export for trade gameday (iPad\WUA). The export process should be successful.
