If the Thunder media player fails to launch when trying to open Thunder from PFF Ultimate in Google Chrome, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Verify Export Destination Settings
|
|
Step 2: Adjust Google Chrome Permissions
If selecting Catapult does not resolve the issue, Chrome may be blocking access to local Apps or network resources.
Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner of Google Chrome.
Select Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
Look for
ultimate.pff.comunder Recent activity.Note: If it does not appear under Recent activity, click View permissions and data stored across sites and search for
ultimate.pff.com.
Scroll to the bottom of the permissions page to locate both:
Local network
Apps on device
Change both permissions from Ask (default) (or Block) to Allow.
Note: If these settings are left on Ask and a prompt was previously declined, Chrome will automatically block future requests without asking again. Changing them directly to Allow resolves this issue.
