Issue: Organizer Error Creating a Portable Organizer

When selecting to create a new Portable Organizer, an error appears

Expected Behavior

The menu to create a portable organizer should open

Cause of Error

Microsoft Office update/installation, or Thunder upgrade. Microsoft introduces this grooveex.dll file into its Office installations, usually within a couple different folders. Renaming this will not cause any performance issues with Microsoft Office, and full functionality of Office is expected after following these steps

Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Close the error message by hitting OK on the presented message, then Continue on the following prompt
   
   then Cancel on this page
   
2. Download XOS RENAME GROOVEEX.DLL v.1.4.bat attached on this page
3. Locate the file, right-click it, and run as Administrator
   
4. After it runs, you should be able to create a new Portable Organizer
5. If it continues to fail, you can also manually rename the file by navigating to the path shown in the error, right clicking on the grooveex.dll file, and renaming to grooveex.dll.xxx
