Installing Transcode Folders

Transcode Listener 1.00.0017.3

Download the above ZIP file.  Right Click on the Zip package and Extract the installer.  Double click and install the XOS Transcode Listener v1.00.0017.13_x64.exe

Click Next and keep all default prompts.

This will install the necessary folders to the root of the C drive.

Once install completes, navigate to the C:\Transcode and C:\Transcode\Listener Folder to create shortcuts of necessary folders to your Desktop.

To create a shortcut, right click on the folder and Sent To - Desktop

This will create a shortcut on your desktop that allows you copy media in for transcode outside of XOS Thunder.

Folders Most used:

C:\Transcode\Listener\to720p - To transcode media file to 720p

C:\Transcode\Listener\to1080i - To transcode media file to 1080i

C:\Transcode\Output - Where the completed file will output to for Import

C:\Transcode\temp - Can check the progress of a file that is processing

C:\Transcode\error - Where a bad or corrupt file will output to

*XOS Thunder must be installed on machine using Transcode Folders
