Issue: Error Message saying "Edit not synchronized to Local Machine" when trying to open an edit in travel mode.
This is the result of the folder containing the edits trying to be opened not being added into the snapshot that gets synced down to the client machine when it enters travel mode.
List of Symptoms
- You get an error when you try to open an edit in a folder within Thunder that says "Edit not synchronized to local machine"
The edit should open successfully without giving any errors while trying to watch it in Travel Mode.
Cause of the error message
The folder containing the edit has not been added into the snapshot that gets synced down to the local Thunder database in SQL on the Client machine.
Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps:
- You can go into Manage Travel Folders in Thunder if you're a Super Admin and include the folder you need to watch edits out of. Then you'd need to generate new snapshots and sync the client machine again.
