Issue: Error Downloading Media to a Machine
Exchange Agent is showing a No Cached Credentials Error Downloading to a machine
Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps:
- Right Click on the Exchange Agent, Exit
- Search for and open the Service App
- Find and Restart the "XOS Local Asset Management Service" or "Catapult Local Asset Management Service", depending on the version of Thunder installed
- Check the assets' progress again in Monitor Exchange agent, they will continue to say Error until the asset retries.
- If that doesn't work after a few minutes - REBOOT
- Contact Support if you continue to have download issues.
