Remote Issues on Dell 5420 and Dell 5430

Description: 

Latency when navigating through edits with a remote 

Steps:

1. Revert remote drivers,  These are COM# and USB Serial Converter.
   
   
   1. In the list may be a few, or it may be on a driver from 2021, that is not what we want, we want the 2009 driver.
      
   2. Should the 2009 one not be immediately available, it can be installed by following the steps here: How To Install Remote Drivers.
   3. If you receive an error about driver integrity, Memory Integrity must be disabled on Windows 11 to install (you can re-enable it after it is installed).
      
2. This step should only be done on Windows 11 systems (Win10 should match matrix) - I updated the graphics to the newest possible version. If you have Dell command update available, you can select the graphics version it suggests: Running the Dell Command Update
3. Reboot the machine after installing.
