Issue:
Can't get past the "Download Silverlight" prompt on ThunderCloud Web on MacOS
Solution (Catalina and beyond):
The Catalina OS blocks Silverlight. At this time, the only way to use ThunderCloud on updated MacOS devices is to run Windows using Bootcamp, Parallels, or other virtual software. Once Windows 10 is installed, you can install the Catapult Thunder Universal app from the Microsoft Store to access ThunderCloud
Solution (Pre-Catalina)
On Macs that haven't updated beyond Mojave the best browser we have found is SeaMonkey version 2.49.4. You can download SeaMonkey in the below Link
https://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/2.49.4The only caveat is when launching the browser for the first time, hold control and click the app to successfully launch it the first time.
Identifying MacOS Version:
From the Apple menu (Apple Logo) in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Big Sur, followed by its version number.
Version 10.12: "Sierra"
Version 10.13: "High Sierra"
Version 10.14: "Mojave"
Version 10.15: "Catalina"
Version 11: "Big Sur"
Version 12: "Monterey"
Version 13: "Ventura"
