ThunderCloud Web Telestrations

 Using the ThunderCloud Web Client, you are able to telestrate on existing videos.  Telestrations will sync back to the edits in Thunder.  

 - Users must have Enable Drawings within their ThunderCloud User Permissions on SSO.
