College Football Exchange is introducing the ability to automate compliance enforcement. Teams are required to upload their Offensive, Defensive and Kicking files in order to view and download content stored in Exchange. When a team has not contributed their game film by 3PM EST the day following a game, the account will automatically be put onto Restricted Access.
Restricted Access means a customer will be able to log into Exchange to upload their content but will not be able to download until Restricted Access has been removed.
Automated Process:
- Exchange automation will leverage the points of contact registered in the “Contact Info” form in order to alert customers of non-compliance. If a customer fails to register contact information the automation will still engage and alert conference office VC’s but the customer will not receive email notifications. To register Contact Info select “Contact Info” from the Tools menu.
- At 12PM EST daily, Catapult will scan for any games played and check to ensure the participants have uploaded their O, D, K copies. In the event they have not uploaded the required content they will be sent an email alerting them to the game that was played and the game parts that have not been uploaded into Exchange.
- At 3PM EST daily, Catapult will scan for any games played and check to ensure the participants have uploaded their O, D, K copies. In the event they have not uploaded the required content the following actions will take place:
- E-mail will be sent to the team contact and Conference Office VC alerting them of the Game and Game Parts required to become compliant
- Team will be automatically placed onto Restricted Access and banner will appear on their login to alert them to their current status
- Team will appear in the Non Compliant Teams list for visibility across Exchange. To access the Non Compliant Teams select “Non Compliant Teams” from the Settings Menu.
- Once the team on restricted access has uploaded the missing game parts for the game that caused them to be placed onto Restricted Access, full access to Exchange will be restored and the team will be removed from the Non Compliant Teams list.
