We've upgraded the icons to add color to the Edit Browser and Playlist Toolbar.

We've restored the following Thunder 21 Workflows:
- Copy to Folder in Coaching Station
- Create Edits from Masters (Ctrl + E)
We've created a new User Setting that automatically saves a user's Quick Telestration color and pen size selection between Thunder sessions.
We've updated color tag hotkey functionality in two ways:
- Users have the ability to assign Color Tags using the keyboard hotkey "Shift + the number combination" for numbers 1-10 and "Shift + Ctrl + the number combination" for numbers 11 to 19.
  - i.e. to assign color #7, users should select "Shift + 7" and to assign color #11, users should select "Shift+ Ctrl+ 1"
- Users have the ability to clear selected Color Tags by using the keyboard hotkey "Shift + ~"
We've included updates to allow "Flip Side of Ball" to function even if there is missing PFF data.
Users have the ability to hover over the Clock in the Media Player to display Universal Time Code.

Bug Fixes

We've resolved an issue that increased AVCHD Import Times.
We've made updates to the Standalone Licensing Service so it starts and functions remote machines.
We've resolved an issue that did not allow users to update the "Use Intel" setting.
We've fixed an issue that caused an error while dragging and dropping edits in the playlist.
We've resolved an issue within the "Copy to Multiple Folders" dialog that resulted in a limited folder view without Hot Folders.

Users are encountering failures when selecting "Generate Both" for Manage Travel Folders.
- We are recommending users to either select the “Generate Dynamic Snapshot” option or click “OK” after making changes and accept the prompt to create a new snapshot.
Due to a NETBIOS character limit, a name longer than 15 characters causes the xosadmin user to fail, resulting in Sync failures.
If users select "Include Audio" for Tentacle Time Code AVCHD Import, audio will bleed through from the right channel into the source media in Thunder. More info on Tentacle Time Code.
We have seen longer import times for AVCHD Content (in Travel Mode and Connected to Server) due to anti-virus scanning.

The Hotkey "Ctrl + Shift + 0" is a default Windows Hotkey so Color Tag #20 does not function properly.
Imported JVC Media is off by several frames.
A recent Windows Update intermittently disables "HTTP Activation" setting which can cause issues with Thunder. Please reach out to customer support for a batch file or follow the below steps to manually enable this setting:
1. Windows Start --> Turn Windows Features On or Off.
2. Expand the .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services --> Expand WCF Services.
3. Check if the "HTTP Activation" checkbox is checked.
4. If it's not checked, select it and install the feature.
