• Device using Microsoft Remote Desktop
  • Thunder utilizes graphics drivers heavily to serve video, and the Microsoft Remote Desktop Adapter doesn't interact well with some Thunder video

1. Utilize a different, safe 3rd party remote desktop software
   1. Example - Tight VNC, Google Chrome Remote Desktop, Team Viewer, etc
