From the Capture tab, click on 'Hockey HD,' and open the settings
Navigate to 'Capture' and find the 'Working Directory.' (This will most likely be the Documents folder.)
Navigate to that location in File Explorer, and locate the CaptureName.ts and the CaptureName_MP4_Recovery.bat files. If the Recovery.bat file is not there skip to the next section*
Right Click on the CaptureName_MP4_Recovery.bat file and run it as admin. This will create a CaptureName.mp4 file in the documents folder.
Launch Edit Station in Thunder, and navigate to the failed capture's properties by right clicking on it.
On the Media tab, right click on the file, and choose to 'Overwrite Media With New File.'
Choose the CaptureName.mp4 file in the documents folder that you created in Step 4.
If the Recovery.bat was not in the Documents Folder.*
Download the attached .txt file.
Edit the text file:
Replace C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Test Capture.ts with the CaptureName.ts file's location.
Replace C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Test Capture.mp4 with the file location that you are in\CaptureName.mp4
Save the file so it ends as .bat, and Right click on it to run it as admin. This will create a CaptureName.mp4 file in that folder location.
