In Thunder Hockey 23, users can either Black Magic or Network Capture. In the case of a failed capture, the recovery processes slightly differ.
Network Capture Recovery

- Select the folder with the IP address of the angle that needs to be recovered.
-
Open the desired folder to locate the CaptureName.ts and the CaptureName_MP4_Recovery.bat files.
If the Recovery.bat file is not there skip to the next Network Capture section* - Right Click on the CaptureName_MP4_Recovery.bat file and run it as admin. This will create a CaptureName.mp4 file in the documents folder.

- On the Media tab, right click on the file, and choose to 'Overwrite Media With New File.'
-
Choose the CaptureName.mp4 file in the documents folder that you created in Step 4.
If the Recovery.bat was not in the Network Capture Folder.*
1. Go to the server and open File Explorer
2. Navigate to J:\AssetManagement\Storage\Upload (the driver letter might differ)

- On the Media tab, right click on the file, and choose to 'Overwrite Media With New File.'
- Choose the CaptureName.mp4 file in the documents folder that you created in Step 4.
