Thunder Football client version 20.2.6.1 is a client only update that introduces the Thunder VPN Priority setting, as well as the ability to stream full-resolution media from Thundercloud in Thunder. Additional version updates are listed below.

New
- We've added a VPN Priority option in the Settings menu. When active, Thunder will playback media from Thundercloud instead of your servers.
- We've added an option for users to stream or download the high resolution version of Thundercloud media when using it for Thunder playback.
Updates
- We reverted a change that prevented users from entering a negative value in the Rollback Clips option in the Marking Tool.
- We've updated Thunder to support the playback of Powerpoint media from Thundercloud.
Bug Fixes
- We fixed an issue that caused the season dropdown to display incorrectly in the PFF & GSIS Resolvers.
- We fixed a bug that caused FF and REW to hitch after being released during playback with certain client hardware.
- We fixed an issue that caused media files exchanged from DVSport to be imported into Thunder without audio.
- We've fixed an unhandled exception that occurred when using the Quick Trim feature on Powerpoint slides.
Known Issues
- Users will receive an unhandled exception when using the mini-thumbnail preview in the Marking Tool when the VPN Priority is enabled.
- The last GOP from the previous view will display when playing back media through Thundercloud.
VPN Priority
- Users can optimize the way that Thunder loads media to better support using a VPN connection.
- Users can enable the VPN Priority through the Media Player section of the Settings menu.
- When the Prioritize media for VPN connection option is enabled Thunder will search for media to load in the following order.
- Local Asset Management
- Thundercloud
- Thunder Asset Management Servers

Prefer Full Resolution Streaming & Download
- Users whose organization subscribes to Thundercloud Full Resolution media can enable the ability to stream full-resolution media in Thunder.
- The Prefer Full Resolution option is available in the Media Player section of the Settings menu.
- When this option is selected Thunder will stream the full-resolution media file, if available, from Thundercloud.
