Delete Media from the Server

• Click on Football HD and open the Administration section
• Select Asset Management, then select the media drive that contains the media you wish to delete

• Find the media file you wish to delete, right-click and select Delete

Copy/Move Media to a Different Volume

• Click on Football HD and open the Administration section
• Select Asset Management, then select the media drive that contains the media you wish to copy/move
• Select the file(s) to copy/move, right-click and choose Copy to… or Move to…
• Select the media volume to copy/move to, click OK

Please Note – XOS recommends copying all media to another volume, rather than moving it. If there’s a network interuption udring a move you may lose the media. You can delete the media you’ve copied after the job is successful and you’ve confirmed it’s on the new volume.
