Create Network Organizers
Network Organizers are the top level folders in the folder structure.

Right Click on the User’s Name (ex. SuperAdmin) at the top of the folder structure and choose New Network Organizer…
- Network Organizers cannot be deleted in the Thunder application in order to prevent accidental loss
- Use the Organizer Server Tool on the Database Server to delete a Network Organizer
Create Folders
Folders live beneath the Network Organizers and contain Edits or Master Edits
- Right Click on a Network Organizer or Folder and choose New Folder…
Copy Folder Structure
Folder Structures can be copied and pasted without their contents to speed up the creation process
- Right Click on the Folder to be copied and choose Copy “Folder Name” Folder Structure…
- Right Click on the destination folder and select Paste “Folder Name” Folder Structure…
Folder Templates
Using this tool you can copy the folder structure, copy all properties set on the folders (including Autocutup settings) and create a new Gameplan.
Saving a Folder Template
- Right click on the top level folder of the folder structure that you’d like to copy and select Save as folder template…
- The Folder Templates Manager will open and you’ll have the following abilities
- Folder Template Name – Use this to name the folder template for future use
- Create Game Plan with Folder Structure – Use this to configure your Game Plan folder structure, just as you would through Manage Gameplans
Paste a Folder Template
- Right click on the top level folder of that you’d like to have the folder template under and select Paste folder template…
- Choose the template that you’d like to use in the Folder Structure Template dropdown in the top left corner
- Name the folder in the Top Level Folder Name in the top right corner
- If desired, click the box next to Create Game Plan with Folder Structure to create a Game Plan
- Please note that the in the Folders section the top level folder will default to your original template folder name, however, once you paste the structure it will change to the Top Level Folder Name
- Click Paste in the bottom right corner to finish the process
Manage Folder Templates
- Right click on a folder and select Manage folder templates…
- Choose the template that you’d like to manage from the Folder Structure Template dropdown in the top left corner
- Adjust the template and save your changes by selecting Save in the bottom right corner
- Delete the template by selecting Delete in the bottom right corner

Creating Network User Share Folder (MyFolders)
- After creating a new user, return to edit station, and right click on the user that you are currently signed in as.
- Choose 'New Network User Share Organizer..'
- This will open a window with the users who do not have a share folder.
- Select the user(s) that need a MyFolder, and choose 'OK'
- After creating the MyFolder, it is recommended to add a top level folder, this way other users can see it immediately.
