Updates

• We updated Thunder's security policies to launch and be compatible with TLS 1.2.
• We stabilized the media upload and download speeds on Windows 10 2004 / 20H2.

Bug Fixes

• We fixed an issue that caused GSIS Player Participation tool to not update players. 
• We resolved an issue that blocked media imported from DVSport to play on the cloud.
