Thunder iOS version 21.1.2 introduces Thundercloud HD support for streaming playback and media download.

New
- Customers who've subscribed to Thundercloud HD video have the ability to stream and download the same video files that are used on their Thunder office network.
- We've added a Download over Cellular toggle to the Media Settings menu.
Updates
- We've renamed the application Catapult Thunder and updated the app icon.
Bug Fixes
- We fixed an issue that prevented the use of the Previous Play button on the Bolt remote.
- We fixed an issue that prevented users from e-mailing an imported edit data file.
Known Issues
- Users may experience stuttering when using the Fast Forward or Rewind controls on High quality streaming media. Downloading the media will eliminate any stutter.
- Users with a large number of items in the iOS Photos app may experience long load times when accessing the Downloads section.
Thundercloud HD
Customers who subscribe to Thundercloud HD will have the ability to select one of three streaming quality options.
- High: Same as Thunder version
- Normal: 1.2 Mb
- Low: 450 Kb
Users may also select one of two download quality options.
- High: Same as Thunder version
- Normal: 1.2 Mb
Customers who don't subscribe to Thundercloud HD will be able to switch between Normal and Low streaming qualities. Downloads will always be of Normal quality.
Download Over Cellular
Users accessing the app through a device connected to cellular data have the option to disable downloads over cellular via the Media Settings section.
When this is disabled users will not be able to download media when on a cellular connection.
