ThunderCloud iOS 25.1.5 - Release Notes

ThunderCloud iOS 25.1.5 is a hotfix update that resolves the playback and PFF Ultimate issues reported in 25.1.4. Customers should update to 25.1.5 at their earliest convenience. 

Additionally, please be aware of two new Known Issues that have been added below.

New

Bug Fixes 

• Resolves hitchy playback observed in 25.1.4. 

• Resolves a bug affecting PFF Ultimate observed in 25.1.4.

Known Issues

• High Res Media Only - FF does not stop at the top of the next play using remote or on-screen playback controls.
• Users may see black video if they rewind to the beginning of the last play.
• All devices with the Enable Mobile Device ID Check feature enabled will re-request device approval.
  • This is due to an app store consolidation project done by Catapult within the Apple Store.
  • Only an issue if upgrading from a version prior to 22.3.6
• Users with a large number of items in the iOS Photos app may experience long load times when accessing the Downloads section.
