Thunder WUA - 21.1.1.0 Release Notes

Thunder WUA version 21.1.0 introduces Thundercloud HD support for streaming playback and media download.

New

• Customers who've subscribed to Thundercloud HD video have the ability to stream and download the same video files that are used on their Thunder office network.

Updates

• We've renamed the application Catapult Thunder and updated its shortcut icon.

Bug Fixes

• We fixed an issue that prevented long captured multi-angle media from loading.
• We fixed an issue that prevented users from accessing auto-cutups that uses a Contains statement.

Known Issues

• Users may experience stuttering when using the Fast Forward or Rewind controls on High quality streaming media. Downloading the media will eliminate any stutter.
• Users will lose the View Builder thumbnails after navigating from Side by Side to Multi-Angle. The thumbnails will display again after toggling to Normal mode.

Thundercloud Full Resolution

A Cloud Settings menu option will display for all users when logged into Thundercloud. 

Customers who subscribe to Thundercloud HD will have the ability to select the High-quality option when streaming or downloading media. 

• High: Same as Thunder version
• Normal: 1.2 Mb
• Low: 450 Kb

Customers who don’t subscribe to Thundercloud HD will have the ability to select between Normal and Low Streaming Quality. All downloads will be the Normal quality.
