Westie Remote Not Functioning with XOS ThunderCloud App

PROBLEM:

XOS Westwater remotes will not control video playback within the XOS ThunderCloud Win 10 application.  The remote does light up, and it functions within Thunder.

SOLUTION 1: Ensure the Remote Tray App is closed

In the System Tray, Exit the XOS TC Remote app is running.  The Remote Tray App is only meant to be used with the ThunderCloud Website, but not the XOS ThunderCloud Win 10 application.

SOLUTION 2: Update

1. Search the Device Manager from the Start Menu
2. Under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, update all of the USB Root Hub and USB Composite Devices
   1. To Update, Right Click on the Device, UPDATE DRIVER
   2. Select Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software
