If you do not see Thunder API, Third Party API & HHN Thunder API for ThunderCloud User Permissions, please contact XOS Support to ensure your Organization is licensed.
Confirm the ThunderCloud licensing user has permission to Thunder API, Third Party API & HHN Thunder API
Create a HHN ThunderCloud user and license them to have Thunder API, Third Party API & HHN Thunder API.
- Map the users to the HHN Thunder user created below
- The Head Health Network should have access to this username and password
Configure any ThunderCloud user accessing video via ThunderCloud to have Permission to Thunder API, Third Party API & HHN Thunder API
Thunder Setup
- Create HHN user and set permissions as you see fit
- Make sure that the HHN user has access to their my folders
- Map the HHN ThunderCloud user to this Thunder user
Thunder Workflow
- Import Practice Edits
- If using JVC Import, UTC Time will come in automatically
- please see your JVC Rep to confirm JVC Firmware & Settings are correct
- If using Camera other than JVC, follow the QRC Time Sync Workflow when ingesting practice cards
- If using JVC Import, UTC Time will come in automatically
- Post practice, create a combine edit of all practice periods like normal
- Create a combined edit of ALL Contact Practice Periods to the HHN user's My Folders
- Set Game Properties on the combined edit
- Set the date accurately
- Users may want to create two “dummy” practice teams to complete the game properties. Example: HHN1 vs HHN2
- After setting Game Properties on combined edit, you will need to rename and renumber individual practice edits to correct Edit Play #
- Push the practice media to ThunderCloud
